Privacy Policy
The short version
- You sign in with Game Center. We store your Game Center player ID so we can recognise your account.
- You choose a display name. Other players see it in chat, on leaderboards and in tournaments.
- Your progress is saved on our servers, linked to your account, so it can follow you to a new device.
- The app sends us gameplay events so we can run, balance and protect the game.
- We use your IP address to work out your approximate region, because the game is not available in Washington State.
- Chat messages are visible to other players. Reported messages are reviewed by an AI moderator that runs on Cloudflare, with people behind it.
- Apple processes all payments. We never see your card details.
- The Jackpot Reaction Studio uses your camera, microphone and photos only on your device. Nothing is uploaded unless you share it yourself.
- We do not sell your data. There are no ads, no ad networks and no advertising identifier (IDFA).
- You can delete your account in the app at Account → Delete account.
1. Who we are
Slots Club is published by FlyCow Games Inc. ("FlyCow", "we", "us"). We decide how the data described here is used (we are the "controller"). Contact us at hello@flycowgames.com.
This policy covers the Slots Club app, the online services it connects to, and this website. Slots Club is for adults 18 and over.
2. What we collect and why
Sign-in and your account
You sign in with Apple Game Center. When you do, Apple gives the app proof of who you are, and our server checks that proof with Apple. We receive your Game Center player ID (the ID Apple issues for our games) and your Game Center alias. We store the player ID together with a random account ID that our server creates. That is how we know it is you next time. We use your alias only to suggest a display name.
When Slots Club comes to other platforms, other sign-ins (for example Google Play Games) will link to the same account in the same way.
Display name
You choose a display name. It is stored on our servers and is the same on every platform. We check names automatically for offensive words, and other players can report a name. Your display name is shown to other players in chat, on leaderboards, in tournaments and on jackpot announcements.
Level and VIP status
The app tells our server your player level and whether you are a VIP member. We use them to show your level and VIP badge, to decide whether you can post in chat (chat is limited to players above a certain level to keep spam out) and to turn on member features.
Gameplay and app events
The app sends our server records of what happens in the game, for example that the app was opened, that a game round was played, or that a feature was used. We use them to run the game, fix bugs, balance the economy, run leaderboards and tournaments, and detect cheating and abuse. Events are linked to your account. The event recorded when the app starts also includes your IP address and an installation ID. The installation ID is a random ID the app creates for itself. It is not an advertising identifier, it is not shared with anyone, and reinstalling the app replaces it.
IP address and region
Slots Club is not available in Washington State. Our services run on Cloudflare, which works out an approximate location (country and state or region) from the IP address of each request. We use that to block play from Washington. We do not collect your precise location. Apart from the app-start event above, and short-lived security logs, we do not store your IP address. We may block IP addresses that are used to attack or abuse our services.
Cloud save
Your game progress (for example your coin balance, level, unlocks and settings) is saved on our servers and linked to your account, so you can carry on after reinstalling or on a new device.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, Apple gives the app a device token, which is an address for delivering notifications to this app on this device. We store it with your account along with the categories you have switched on, your device language and your time zone (so we respect quiet hours and daily limits). The categories are Jackpots, Tournaments, Account and Offers. Offers are off unless you turn them on, and when you do we record that you agreed, the words you were shown and when. Account messages about a problem with your account or billing may be sent even if other categories are off. We keep a short log of the notifications we decided to send so the same one is not sent twice. Turn notifications off in the app or in iOS Settings at any time.
Chat, reports, blocks and coin drops
Messages you post in chat are stored on our servers and shown to other players with your display name and level. You can report messages and display names, and block players. We store reports and blocks.
Moderation. Reports go to an automated moderator: an AI model that runs on Cloudflare Workers AI, as our processor. It receives the reported message, the surrounding messages and the reporter's chosen reason, and can hide a message, warn, mute or ban a player. Every action is recorded. Our team reviews escalated cases and any decision you ask us to look at. We do not send chat to any other AI company. Please do not post personal information in chat.
Coin drops. We sometimes drop coins into chat. When you claim one, we record the claim against your account so each drop is claimed once per player and daily limits work.
Leaderboards and tournaments
Leaderboards and tournaments show your display name, level, VIP badge and scores to other players. Some scores and achievements are also reported to Apple Game Center, where Apple stores them under your Game Center account. Apple's privacy policy covers that copy.
Purchases
Coin packs and VIP membership are sold by Apple through the App Store. Apple takes the payment. We never receive your card number, billing address or Apple Account email. We do receive transaction information: the product you bought, the transaction ID, dates, and the status of the purchase or subscription (for example renewed, expired or refunded). It comes from the app and from Apple's App Store Server Notifications. We use it to deliver what you bought, keep VIP status correct and handle refunds and fraud.
Jackpot Reaction Studio
The Jackpot Reaction Studio can record your reaction to a big win. It asks for access to your camera, microphone and photo library. Recording, editing and saving all happen on your device. We never upload your recordings or photos. If you choose to share a video, it goes where you send it using your device's share options; we do not receive a copy.
Age check
Slots Club is for adults. The app uses Apple's Declared Age Range feature to ask whether you are 18 or over. Apple shares an age range, not your date of birth. The app uses the answer to decide whether you can play and buy. We never receive your date of birth.
Email (optional)
If you choose to give us your email address in the app, we send a confirmation email first. After you confirm, we use the address for club news, offers and account messages. We store it with your account, along with your subscription status and consent history. Resend delivers our email and processes delivery and open information. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Email is never required to play.
Support
If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
- There are no ads and no advertising or attribution SDKs in the app. We do not use your advertising identifier (IDFA) and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- We do not collect your precise location, contacts, health data or browsing history.
- We do not receive your card or bank details.
- We do not upload your camera, microphone or photo library content.
4. Who processes data for us
- Apple Inc. Game Center sign-in, alias and scores; App Store payments, subscriptions and App Store Server Notifications; Declared Age Range; and the Apple Push Notification service.
- Cloudflare, Inc. Hosts our servers, data and this website; provides the location lookup used for the Washington check; and runs the AI chat moderator on Workers AI.
- Resend Delivers our optional email.
We do not disclose personal information to anyone else, except where the law requires it or where it is needed to investigate abuse, protect players or protect our rights.

We may keep anonymised or aggregated information (information that no longer identifies you) for longer, for example totals used for jackpot and economy accounting.
6. Deleting your account
In the app, go to Account → Delete account, or email hello@flycowgames.com. This deletes your account record, the link to your Game Center player ID, your display name, profile and leaderboard entries, cloud save, notification records, linked events and your email address. Some things are kept or cannot be deleted by us, such as moderation records, Game Center scores held by Apple and your purchase history with Apple. The account deletion page explains exactly what happens.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the UK and EU, Canada's PIPEDA, or US state laws such as California's CCPA), you may have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or move it to another service. Email hello@flycowgames.com and we will respond within the time your law allows. We may need to confirm the request comes from you. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Using these rights never affects your game.
8. Children
Slots Club is for adults 18 and over and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us data, email hello@flycowgames.com and we will delete it.
9. Where your data is processed
We are based in Canada. Our services run on Cloudflare's global network, so your data may be processed in the United States, Canada and other countries whose data protection laws differ from yours. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
10. Security
Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted. Access to production systems is restricted, and secrets are kept separately from data. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep only what we need and delete it on the schedule above.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how Slots Club handles data, we will update this page and its effective date. If a change is significant, for example new data collection, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
