Purchases and refunds

All purchases are made through the App Store and processed by Apple. We never see your card details and we cannot issue refunds ourselves. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose the purchase and request a refund. Apple decides the outcome.

If you were charged but the coins did not arrive, email us with the date and the order ID from Apple's receipt email and we will look into it.

VIP membership

VIP is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple. To cancel, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Membership continues until the end of the period you paid for.

New phone or reinstalled? Sign in with the same Apple Account and use Restore purchases in the app.

Your progress

Your progress is saved to your Slots Club account on our servers. Sign in with the same Game Center account on a new device and it comes back.

Chat

To report a message or a display name, use the Report option on the message or on the player's card. To stop seeing someone's messages, choose Block. Reports are reviewed by an automated moderator with human review behind it. If you think a moderation decision about you was wrong, email us and a person will look at it.

"Not available in your region"

Slots Club is not available in Washington State. We check your approximate region from your internet connection. If you are not in Washington and still see this message, turn off any VPN, then email us.

Age

Slots Club is for adults 18 and over. If you believe a child is using the app, email us and we will close the account.

Delete your account

In the app, go to Account → Delete account. You can also email hello@flycowgames.com. Full details, including what is deleted and what is kept, are on the account deletion page.
